The blasting proces

Before painting various types of equipment, structures, buildings, etc., they should be pre-cleaned of old coatings, rust, scale, temporal buildups, organic and other impurities. This process is carried out in specially equipped blasting cabins where there is supplied a blast of shot, fine gravel or other granular abrasive under high pressure (up to 10 bar).

The blasting process may be performed either manually or automatically, the process of collecting and treating the blasting shot for its re-use is automatic only. We supply complete equipment for blasting cabins up to impact-proof lamps and special protective suits.

A painting and drying hall is a room equipped with all necessary for painting and further drying of various designs.

The blasting and painting and drying halls are usually located in close proximity to each other, in closed environments with supply of electricity, compressed air and gas. In the limited area there isallowed to locate both types of equipment in the same room. For this purpose, we use (and supply) high performance cartridge air filters.

Besides stationary systems, we supply mobile blasting machines (designed for removal of wall paintings, restoration of old buildings, monuments, etc.), hand-held devices (for local blasting or blasting of medium-sized parts, e.g. for service stations or car repair shops), floor-mounted cabins (for surface cold working of parts, surface grinding and polishing surface or surface artistic treatment), and aso metal coating arc spraying devices (zinc, aluminium, stainless steel, etc.).

The more detailed information on each type of the supplied equipment is available on the relevant pages of our site.
